Duties/Responsibilities:

• Following up on past due orders and maintaining accurate dates and status (ESD, Transit etc.) in Quantum
• Assist salespeople inquiries, expedites, receiving request
• Ensuring holds and product compliance issues are cleared efficiently
• Sourcing material/product when required
• Creating freight claims and directly handling non-LTL claims
• International Finishes Consignment + Freight invoicing
• Create Purchase orders
• Negotiating prices, quantities, and delivery schedule with vendors
• Coordinating LTL/Ground and international incoming shipments
• Assist sourcing team
• Expedite receiving process when necessary
• Entering new part numbers in into inventory management system
• Review KPI’s and suggest improvements
• Excellent time management

Requirements:

• Minimum of a high school diploma
• Organized and efficient

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
